Situated at the historic home of Bega Cheese, this site has been producing cheese for generations. The Bega Cheddar cheese factory and associated whey powder plant, typically produces about 14,000 mt of cheddar and 7,000 mt of demineralised whey powder per year.

Bega – Process and Packaging Plant
This high tech cheese processing and natural cheese cutting and packaging plant was commissioned by Bega in 1998 and now turns out around 75,000 mt per year of processed cheese slices, and natural cheese in slices, block, portions and shred formats, for the retail and food service markets.
