Our RISE Graduate program is a 2-year rotational program, with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, business acumen and personal development opportunities to prepare graduates for an exciting career.

Graduates work on day-to-day activities to support their immediate team, as well as engage in challenging and meaningful projects. Graduates will be in a highly supportive and collaborative environment that promotes flexibility and a respectful and caring culture.

Graduates will develop soft and hard skills, as well as gain the resources to cultivate a broad network, setting them up for success into the future. They will be offered a broad range of experiences through our diverse range of products and brand portfolio, so they can continue to grow and succeed. 

Highlights include;

  • Three 8-month rotations providing in-depth experience across key business functions.
  • Development and support including; a comprehensive induction, on-the-job learning, and mentors for professional development.
  • A Dedicated Rotational Manager for technical development in each function,and a Bega Group ‘buddy’ to familiarise yourself with the Bega Group environment.
  • Career growth opportunities through exposure to senior leaders, business partnering experience, and a permanent role aligned to your strengths.
