Hear from Eliza Harris, Rewards Partner, on flexibility at its finest!

Working in the People and Capability team and in particular the Reward space, I am very familiar with the range of benefits on offer at the Bega Group, such as Sonder our health, safety & wellbeing platform, B-Valued (Reward and Recognition platform), Bega Flex (workplace flexibility), Bega Support Fund and more typical offerings such as private health care offers.

I would have to say my favourite benefit and one that makes a significant difference to both my personal and professional lives would have to be ‘BegaFlex International.’
So, what’s BegaFlex International? Well, it’s one of our many workplace flexibility offerings. Team members have the flexibility to work at select overseas locations. To me, it highlights the Bega Group’s culture of care, as team members can work remotely overseas, helping them to return home to visit or in more difficult scenarios provide care and support to immediate family members. I think it removes a barrier and creates greater inclusivity for our team members.

For individuals thinking about a career at the Bega Group, I’d describe the culture as agile and engaging, and you should be prepared to move quickly and be adaptive. The best part about working here is the people and it is this and the flexibility that keep me here day to day.
