Zack Chisholm

With more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise IT and digital transformation, Zack Chisholm is Chief Information Officer at the Bega Group. He leads the IT function, overseeing digital strategy, system architecture, automation, and cyber security, to support Bega Group’s strategic priorities and drive operational excellence.

Since joining Bega Group in 2017, Zack has transformed the technology landscape by consolidating legacy systems, accelerating automation and enhancing the customer experience. He has successfully integrated the technology environments of five major acquisitions, including the Mondelez grocery portfolio, the Koroit manufacturing facility and Lion’s Dairy & Drinks business into a unified, scalable platform, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, data accessibility and speed to market.

Prior to Bega Group, Zack held senior IT leadership roles at Fletcher Building, where he directed a multi-region business transformation across North America, Europe, and Asia.
